It's official: Emanuel to head the DCCC

Illinois Democrat Rahm Emanuel has officially been chosen to head the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. The New York Times gets this great quote out of this rising star:

"Some people argue about old Democrats and new Democrats," Mr. Emanuel said in explaining his philosophy. "I'm a Vince Lombardi Democrat. Winning is everything."
