An internationalist at the State Department?

Although Condi Rice might be heading the State Department in the years to come, there just might be an old-time internationalist near the top of the State Department. The Wall Street Journal reports:

U.S. Trade Representative Robert Zoellick is expected to be named soon as Condoleezza Rice's deputy at the State Department, a move that would install an old-school pragmatist as the U.S.'s second-ranking diplomat.
I wouldn't count on in, but perhaps there will be a moderating voice at state. This most likely won't make the administration's actions less ideological, but it is nonetheless good to hear that Bush might have one moderate in his administration.
