I'm Famous!
A while back--in February, to be exact--I ran for Delegate to the Democratic National Convention in Boston. As a part of the Wes Clark campaign, I ran from California's 26th congressional district; had I won (I ended up loosing on a coin-toss) and had Clark stayed in the race, I very well could have been a delegate at the end of the month. Alas, it was not to be...
Why am I bringing this up? Well, I was searching for my name and blog on Google today and I happened upon someone's blog on forclark.com (the Clark blog) that posted my district's results. Seeing the site brought back memories of canvassing in Arizona, rallying in LA, and even my first Clark meetup in Portland in July (a whole year ago... crazy). It was a fun movement to be a part of, and I'm really glad I was a Wes Clark supporter.
-----
Sorry about the reminiscing.
I'll write some analysis now, and then talk about my weekends in New York and Central Oregon.
