Good to see my Senator voted against Goss
Per the New York Times:
In what senators from both parties called a potential turning point for American intelligence agencies, the Senate voted overwhelmingly on Wednesday to confirm the nomination of Representative Porter J. Goss of Florida as director of central intelligence. My Senator, Ron Wyden, was one of the 17 who stood up against the partisan hack, Goss. Good job, Ron! (If he had a campaign website, I'd direct you to it now)
Twenty-eight Democrats joined 49 Republicans in voting in favor of Mr. Goss's confirmation, which was approved 77 to 17.
